Hi Friends!

One week can change a lot! We have of course continued the steady shopping for our future “headquarters” 🤣 

We shopped around some more new builds and officially are under contract again ☺️ Rollercoaster to say the least hahaha

We've honestly had a crazy ride this far and I really hope it’s coming to an end! We originally were under contract with a new build in New Caney before even relocating and got beat out by investors and overall had a terrible experience BUT the Zen Rojas fam doesn’t quite!

We have been reluctant to be excited about it all just due to nerves from our prior experience but it looks like we're going to make it to the finish line!

Our home won’t be ready until August so now our next hurdle is Airbnb vs apartment 🫠 

We knew becoming a home owner was a process but man oh man I’m ready for the ground under us to stabilize!!
